Head of quality with 13. and 14. salary

We are looking for someone who have strong personality and experience with head of quality you will lead more than 60 people in quality. We can offer you 13. and 14. salary and very strong and stable company which has more than 11 establishments in the Czech Republic.

Key purpose:

Lead of Quality function for the KLS Plant secures quality assurance fulfillment
Facilitates customer audits secures IATF16949 compliance and compliance to Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
Defines creates agrees and delivers mid / long term quality strategies
Secures fulfilment of relevant quality KPIs and regular updates of quality reports
Secures up to date and functional local QMS

Required skills and experience:

Expertise in Quality in Power Electronics
Expertise in CSR of individual vehicle manufacturers
Certified auditor ( IATF16949 VDA)
In depth knowledge of production processes safety productivity; production and customer requirements
Ability to effectively lead best practice sharing cross multiple sites product lines in multi-national team
Ability of Leading teams without direct disciplinary responsibility
In-depth knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvements
Czech/Slovakia and English language is a must have!
Germany language is big advantage
