Quality management system expert - 13. and 14. salary
We are looking for quality management system expert who have experience in similar position. We can offer you 13. And 14. Salary and very strong and stable company.
Your tasks:
Setting up the maintenance of the further development of the process landscape based on the tools and requirement specified by the ZF Group and specified by the Division E.
Conducts internal audits (ISO 9001 IATF 16949 VDA 6.3 VDA 6.5 ISO14001 ISO 45001) and ensures compliance to quality standards on divisional and local level.
Ensures corrective actions take place in a timely manner. Tracking reviewing of the systematic root cause analysis and the measures driving from the non-conformities of the internal system audits performed at the plant. Reports to management any deviations from procedure/policy.
Receives and obtains documentation from external locations (possibly international). Ensures documents meet related standards and are delivered in such a manner.
Training of staff
Your profile:
Associate or university degree
5+ years of related experience
Knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures within Total Quality Management (TQM).
Ability to use and train individuals to comply with quality system processes.
Knowledge in MSA; SPC measuring equipment
Working Knowledge on IATF- 16949 ISO 9000 and/or VDA 6.3 VDA 6.5 CQI audits
Data organization and good understanding of processes holistically
Excellent English language competency both written and oral
Excellent self-organization and emotionally stable approach
